SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Within the United States
Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS unless specified otherwise.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
Expedited Shipping is available at an additional fee to be paid by the customer.
Processing times are 2-3 days. This involves having the item pulled and inspected for quality, then shipping to our main location in Louisiana. Once we received your item at our warehouse it will be authenticated, cleaned and shipped. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery
All orders include tracked shipping. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address you provided.
All orders valued at $1000 USD or more require a signature at the time of delivery.
If you are less than thrilled with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return. To return, fill out the form at the top of the page within 5 business days of receipt of delivery to let us know that you would like to initiate a return. Once your return is scheduled we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you may ship the order back to us within 14 business days. Once received, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other applicable accessories, such as dust bags or straps, that were received with the order. Please ensure that the item is well packaged and protected. Items that are not returned in the same condition as purchased may be subject to additional fees.
